Site Fee: $5,000 for 6 hour use of Private Beach and/or Pavilion (venue)
  • Includes Ceremony and Reception (Venue Only) / 6 hour booking
  • Rent the entire Beachside/Beachfront property, total of 7 Bungalows which also secures complete privacy for your event (3 night minimum)
  • Visiting guests will need to park off site and be shuttled to the event (additional fee)
  • Valet service available for additional fee
  • Visitors fee of $30/person for anyone not staying on site
  • If over 80 guests, the visitors fee is $50/person for max 10 additional visitors
  • Porta-let will need to be leased

Parking: Each rented bungalow comes with one free parking space.
There are up to ten additional parking spaces that can be reserved for $20/day each.
