Event Size of 26-50
Site Fee: $2500 for 6 hour use of Private Beach and/or Pavilion (venue)
  • Includes venue only for ceremony and reception
  • Rent the entire Beachside/Beachfront property, total of 7 Bungalows which also secures complete privacy for your event
  • All guests must stay on property
  • If over 50 guests, the Visitors Fee is $50/person for max 10 additional visitors
  • Visiting guests will need to park off site and be shuttled to the event
  • Port-a-let may need to be leased

Parking: Each rented bungalow comes with one free parking space.
There are up to ten additional parking spaces that can be reserved for $20/day each.
